Kipriotis Hotel Complex is the official hotel for the 18th WSCTS World Congress. The complex is built in an area of 135,000 square metres by the sea, consisting of 4 hotels all of them interconnected to the Kos International Convention Centre (KICC). Preferential accommodation rates for WSCTS 2008 participants have been secured as a block booking of several rooms has been made to cover the requirements of congress participants.

The special delegate rates in Kipriotis Hotel Complex are guaranteed by congress secretariat by March 15, 2008.

Built in an area of 135,000 square metres, Kipriotis Complex represents functionality and comfort. For the 18th WSCTS World Congress Kipriotis Hotel Complex will provide rooms in the Kipriotis Village Resort, located in the same premises with the congress centre.

The Kipriotis Village is a luxurious complex of 651 bungalows, surrounded by colourful gardens and neatly paved walking paths. Each room's bungalow features a private veranda and unique view of the Aegean Sea.

Athletic facilities are in abundance at the Kipriotis Village including an Olympic size swimming pool, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pool, 7 tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, mini golf and mini soccer grounds, a fully equipped gym, sauna and Jacuzzi.

All guest rooms feature: air condition, direct dial telephone, Internet plug, Satellite TV, hair drier, razor point, refrigerator/mini bar and laundry service.

The 3 Nights Package (April 30th - May 3rd, 2008) includes the following services:

• Accommodation in double / single rooms
• Buffet Breakfast Daily
• Round trip transportation from Kos airport to hotels and vice versa
• Service charges
• Meet and assist service at the Kos airport upon arrival
• 24 hour assistance during the congress dates
• All relevant taxes

Participants benefit from the preferential WSCTS 2008 accommodation rates for one day before (29/04/08) and one day after (03/05/08) the official congress dates, based on room availability. For all other dates, room rates will be offered in All-Inclusive basis as indicated in the table above.

Important Note: Should your schedule do not allow benefiting from a 3-night accommodation package, please contact congress secretariat for fewer than 3 nights. However, limited number of rooms is available for less than 3 nights.

ACCOMMODATION, TOURS & TRANSFERS POLICY

All cancellations and changes regarding the accommodation, tours and transfers should be in writing to the congress secretariat. For every written cancellation received before 15th of March, 2007, 50% of the amount received will be refunded. No refunds will be liable thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
